Creative Producer

I work as a Creative Producer, developing documentary, participatory and community-led creative projects that explore social and environmental issues.

I am currently producing The Carbonators – Trouble at Work a short documentary following a fiercely irreverent band of musicians with learning disabilities who have spent fifteen years challenging assumptions about who gets to be an artist. Through close collaboration with the band, their families and the Club Soda community, the film explores creativity, friendship, visibility and belonging, asking what happens when the people we rarely make space for take centre stage and refuse to step away.

My approach has been shaped by many years working with artists, communities and organisations on a range of creative projects. Through Mutiny Media, I have produced documentaries, immersive installations and audio-visual content that seek to engage audiences in meaningful conversations and experiences.

I also founded Mutiny Arts, a community arts organisation that used creative projects to explore issues such as environmental sustainability, social justice, anti-racism and non-violence. Working alongside participants from diverse backgrounds, I have helped create spaces where people can share experiences, develop new skills and contribute their own ideas.

I am particularly interested in the ways creativity can support dialogue, learning and positive change, and I enjoy working collaboratively with communities, artists and partners to bring projects to life.
